Our small 20 acre farm is located in a quiet
valley in hilly rural landscape. Our fields are all herb rich permanent
pasture divided by ancient hedgerows. We aim to farm in balance with nature
and increase biodiversity. We farm organically and are accredited with the
Soil Association. We are
part of Tir Gofal, an agri-environmental programme. As part of that
programme we have fenced off a streamside corridor, restored a large part of
the hedgerows and built an otter holt.

We have put up two bench seats made from Welsh oak in one of our fields
where you can sit and enjoy looking at the pond when you stay with us.
One of our fields is a traditional haymeadow with lots of beautiful flowers:
We keep a small flock of
Shetland Sheep for their beautiful wool and
tasty meat. We keep a few goats to provide us with milk, yogurt and cheese
and to entertain our guests. Here you can see Seren (Star) and Eira
(Snow), Eirlys
(snowdrop), Nos (night) and two fluffy mohair kids:
We've got lots of chickens and sell their eggs, here
are some of the chickens:
Our cat Oscar excels at rodent control and is very cuddly.
We also keep bees and sell honey. Here Stephen is catching
